Hi, I'm Aaron

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2012, and I bring 25+ years of broader experience working with families, couples, teens, and adults. Over the years I've worked with a wide range of concerns, including Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, psychosis, neurodivergence, and addiction, alongside the everyday struggles of emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, and relationship friction that bring many people to therapy in the first place.

My approach

My approach draws on well-established methods, including Somatic Experiencing, CBT, IFS, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, humanistic therapy, and existential and spiritual traditions, brought together into an integrative framework I call The IKVaS™ Method. At its core, it's about naming what you're feeling, understanding what's underneath it, and working through it in a way that feels true to your own voice.

Working with me, you can expect a collaborative, warm, and often humor-filled process, one that meets you where you are rather than rushing you toward a resolution. You can read more about the specific steps of The IKVaS™ Method on its own page.
